One of the organizational features I'd like to see implemented (or available) is that all projects are created under clients! You can can a global overview on the dashboard, but when creating, you go into the client and create a project/task there!!

That would be so cool for global organization! If I want to know the projects from a company, my first thought is to go to the company! ;)


Another cool feature would be contact tracking, where if a developer contacts the client, he leaves just a note of what was discussed so if another member of the team calls or gets called, he can quickly get a glimpse of that client's contact history...
