Great work! The beauty is the simplicity of installation and use. So far it works great for my needs. I placed the following in Trac:

It appears at present that there is one level of administration. It would be nice to have the ActiveCollab Company administration (overall administration) and allow for administration within the client (client level administration).

Only for data presentation (nothing more). For real calendaring you have stand alone applications. activeCollab provides milestones in iCalendar format (since 0.7 beta) so its easy to use data from aC in them.

I don't know much about the iCal format... but will I be able to import it into 30Boxes or GoogleCal and have the calendars update automatically when something is changed in aC?

Yes, you can use iCal to make milestones from activeCollab show in your calendar. There is a discussion about it here. There is a small problem because activeCollab 0.7 RC1 does not extract milestones assigned to anyone as milestones assigned to you (as it should) but this is a small glitch that will be fixed in 0.7.

Do me a favor, never stop development. I hope by this time next year, it's in version 10 or higher, I can't wait to see this, I am really fired up about this program, I am going to do whatever it takes to triple your user's and people on this site, your my personal preference, and if I ever have a website I need to program a project management system into, your's is going to be up, keeping getting bigger and I can help you get more business, I can make special contributions, in the k's and make sure you have a decent support, for money, I will do the best I can to support you in word of mouth, financially, and every other way I can.

Hi, I just setup activeCollab and it looks great. The only thing I would recommend is the ability for administrators to see all taks assigned to a person. I cannot find it if its there and its great for mgmt to see who is doing what across projects.

In administration, every user profile has permissions page. There you can see all the project and users permissions. It can be used for review or for update...
