The New/Updated feature on the dashboard is implemented in such a way that going to a different computer and logging in will cause it to display items I've already seen on the other computer. As a 2 computer user, this is a bit obnoxious. It also ends up showing me stuff that I added on the other computer.

It appears that this is cookie or session based rather than user based, or something.

I'm not sure if there's any way to use the database effectively to improve this behavior or not.
