    <description><![CDATA[<p>The New/Updated feature on the dashboard is implemented in such a way that going to a different computer and logging in will cause it to display items I've already seen on the other computer. As a 2 computer user, this is a bit obnoxious. It also ends up showing me stuff that I added on the other computer.<br />

It appears that this is cookie or session based rather than user based, or something.<br />
<br />
I'm not sure if there's any way to use the database effectively to improve this behavior or not.</p>]]></description>
