But When i click on this People Tab,
I get the page with each present user, and on the "far rigth" of each person, the is an "Add People" button, but NO other button.

There is then an icon to the far right by each person to allow you to set permissions and another one to remove them from the project altogether.

You've initially setup all users to be only able to add data, but not manage it.

Half way through the project, how do you change your mind ? how can you edit the permissions settings for each user ?
