I see someone is looking at a gannt chart; while this would be useful I'd actually suggest a (basic) scrum burn-down chart; which could give a much clearer picture of project velocity when things are constantly changing. This would obviously create several changes in the AC engine; maybe what's needed (if it isn't already there) is a way to define custom fields and/or page "mixins" for the current pages.

One other idea (maybe as a config. setting?) - it would be cool if when adding a to-do item it was actually creating a Ticket w/ a preset list of ticket information... (e.g. the extra fields in the Ticket would have defaults). Not everyone would benefit from this, but it could be a good way to cut down on duplicate entries.
