Very nice that there is now a full trial version (for $10) and a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee. I won't be needing that though - the product is quite good. There are some issues, but it's a very postive step.

The readme is the same as the orginal too - seems it should contain what you noted here http://www.activecollab.com/support/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=23.
