This is what I need, and what I currently use the most in 0.7.1, but in the 1.0 line it is too many time-consuming steps. And I regularly move a task from one list to another which I haven't found a way to do at all in 1.0.

I thought I had posted a question about this before, but now I can't find it.
In 0.7.1 I can add up to 7 tasks when I create a list.
In 1.0.x I have to create a list before I can add any tasks, which I have to add one at a time. Except if I use Quick add which lets me enter up to 3 tasks at a time but I have to create a new list, can't add to an existing one, and I can't assign tasks to people.

I am generally pleased with other modules in the new version, but with the loss of functionality (moving task to another list) and workflow with tasks, I may not be able to upgrade - this is the only thing holding me back now that the importer is available, but it's a show-stopper. Am I missing something, some way to use tasks more efficiently?

I also miss being able to see what the other lists are in a sidebar while viewing a particular list, but I think/hope I can address that with a custom theme.
