Moving the All Files to the first category

Any pointers on where to do this would be appreciated. I would like my first category to be the default selection when you opoen the "File" pages for a project.

Hi,
It is not possible without code hacking. I can write you a simple hack that will select first category, but than All Files tab will stop working. Please let me know if that is an option. Any other way would require a more complex solution.
