The way activeCollab authenticates users can be altered with Authentication Providers. You can inherit and extend existing system or replace it with completely custom solution.

This feature is not yet documented, but it is available. Check out BasicAuthenticationProvider class in activecollab/angie/classes/auth/providers.

It helps us have lower advertising costs and lets us offer lower prices for activeCollab.

If you remove the graphic without Copyright Removal license your activeCollab license will be terminated.

I would like to use AC as part of my website where we want AC to help collaborate among our users. I plan to buy Corporate edition but would like to know the following:

1. Has any of your customers integrated AC with their own user information (user login)?
2. I would like to integrate AC in my existing Joomla interface. Is this possible? Has anyone done this?
3. You had mentioned that for $399 or $199, entire source code is given. Then why is there additional license fee for removing AC graphic on each page?
