I've been following AC for quite a while. I'm now at a business that desperately needs a Ticketing/Project Management System. I'd love to recommend AC, but it's much easier to "sell" when executives and decision makers can see a site with some content and I can walk them through the potential of AC.

I've searched the forums, but can't see anywhere you have a hosted/sample site.

Please no comments about using the "Try" option. Do you really think I'm going to spend 3-4 hours putting in sample content of my own just so I can get buy in at my company?

I have no other issues with moving forward with AC other than being able to show decision makers a sample site.

AC - will this ever be available?

Maybe in the future, but currently we don't have a setup with sample data inserted.

That's too bad. The trial version has no admin functionality and there is no site with sample data. How do you expect a company to spend $797 on a product we can't fully demo or experience?

I signed up for the demo. How come I can't create more than one project?

It's limited to one project per demo account for technical reasons.

We may change it in the future, but for now it's one project per account.

Does anyone in the community have a "sample site" or screenshots where we could see what this looks like? I'm not trying to be negative here, but I can' understand how a business would pay hundreds of dollars without even seeing what a product is capable of first.

I love the look of AC 1.0, I believe there is potential here, and the recent price change is great, but we have very specific needs and wont' spend the money on a product if we aren't sure its capable of what doing what we need it for. I think that is reasonable.

OK Ilija, I failed to see this guarantee - it's greatly appreciated. I'll continue playing with the demo version and get some others involved. If they like it, we'll purchase and see if it works the way we think it will.
