From what I can see, there is currently no way to set up 'master' categories that can be used for multiple projects. (i.e. set up once and inherit as necessary). At minimum, it would be good to have a master set of categories that you set up under Admin as the basis for every new project. If desired, you could then add, modify, or delete as required for that specific project.

For example, having a master set of categories set for Plan/Design/Develop/Deploy that could be setup and inherited would save a lot of time in the initial configuration.

As a workaround, can these be added via database/php files to show up in all projects? I'd like to do the same with milestones and tags.
