Hey everyone,

After buying AC and installing it on my personal test server (linux) and reviewing it, my company has decided to use it officially. I'm trying to install AC on our company server (IIS) and everything goes perfectly on the install, no warnings or errors. However, when I go to the homepage, I get an error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Has anyone run into this issue? The code I'm uploading is the exact same I uploaded to my test server, so my assumption is that this is related to the server (IIS) configuration. I have searched the forums and haven't found any reference to this so I thought I'd ask the question myself.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts you may have!

Did you post a support ticket? Ilija is pretty quick in responding - keep in mind that they are in europe somewhere, so the timezone is different.

Thanks for the response. I did submit a ticket but Ilija responded by saying there is not much testing done with IIS and that Apache/Linux is recommended. Unfortunately, my company's server is running IIS and I don't have a choice about the environment I run in!

Does anyone out there have success running AC on IIS? Has anyone seen this problem?

Bummer,

You could always rent server space if this is something you really want to use. My currant hosting company can't (for some weird reason) upgrade PHP past 4.3.9, so I just purchased a VPS over at SLhost, for $22 a month. I am now running a couple of other sites there, so that helps with the cost.

Just a thought. Best of luck whatever you choose.
