Ability to resend welcome messages

I haven't found an intuitive way (or any way, for that matter) to "resend" a welcome message to a user to provide them with their login details. I would expect to see that from the individual user record, but can't seem to locate.
If it does not exist, you might consider adding this ability.

It sure can be argued that the lost password link should suffice, but why not ?

I used the reset password link to do this, as I'd set up users before having the email setup properly, and it worked fine. But this would probably be a useful feature.
