Has anyone found a way to mark the status of tasks, other than "Done"?
I'd like to be able to have flags for "in progress" and "waiting on someone else" like Outlook tasks, and to sort by them - to remember where to start on Monday mornings, and which external contacts to chase.

Task, milestone and ticket can have only two states - open or completed. If you need to add additional information just put in the name. For instance, you have a task:
Just name it:
It's simple and gets the job done.
Fix Stevens computer
Just name it:
[IN PROGRESS] Fix Stevens computer
