I have just paid for the business edition of activecollab. I received a receipt informing me that I would receive licensing info, and I presume a download link, within 48 hours. 48 hours? Why does it take that long to authorize a simple software download? I realize that I am asking for instant gratification, but I am working on a project now that I recommended activecollab for and I now look like a bit of an idiot when I have to go back to the client and say "umm, yeah, it won't be available until the weekend".

In this day and age, what is the reason for this delay? It's not as if anything physical is being shipped. If I am being an idiot and there is a reason for this please let me know - it would be helpful to me.
