Just noticed that when system sends notification about added file comment, the link in the email forwards you to comments view but you can not see the actual file link. I think it would be more logical that you can click the file at the same view, when you have read the comments. Or then I am too blind...

Yes, actually I am blind :D There is a DOWNLOAD link in the right side menu. That is the thing I missed. I looked it from wrong place.
