Hi,

Was wondering if anyone has come across this before.

I'm trying to get the iCal feed to work, but noticed that it only exports Milestones, and not individual tasks - which somewhat negates its usefulness.

I am importing into Outlook, so I don't know if this is the main cause of the problem... do those of you who use google calendar / other apps have tasks appear from the feed as well?

Thanks.

Hi Aaron,

Tickets and tasks are included in iCalendar feed, but some calendar application may decide to remove them or does not support them. For instance, when you are subscribing to iCalendar feed in iCal (default calendar application on a Mac) it will remove all alarms and todos from the feed unless you specify to keep them.

Ah ok, thanks. I'll take a look on the Outlook side.

When you import a calendar feed using iCal, you must uncheck the box that says "Remove To-Do Items." If you already are subscribed, you may edit this by selecting the calendar from the left sidebar menu, and unchecking the box next to "To-Do Items" in the calendar feed settings display on the right side of the calendar.
