Hi Ilija, Thank you for your response. As I read my questions over I realize some were unclear. I have to rethink how to ask them.

1. When I make a ticket that is not attached to a milestone, it shows up in the ticket tab with the heading 'unknown milestone'. Is this to be expected?

2. Ok. We put in some bogus test entries and can't figure out how to delete them.

3. It would be great to be able to see just one priority level at a time. Any chance that may be incorporated in the future? Can one change the name of the priority levels some where? Like change 'Highest' to 'today' or 'lowest' to 'postponed'? etc.

4. Please disregard this question for now.

5. ok.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. This seems like a really good program and it is clear you have been putting significant work in to it. While we are still evaluating whether or not it meets our needs, I can see that it is far too comprehensive to be a free application and seems well worth the price you are asking for it. I am not sure what all the bellyaching on this site about because it no longer being free.

Here are the answers to your questions. Please let me know if I skipped something or you need more information.

1. Relation between tickets and milestones is completely optional

2. TIme records can be deleted, but that option may not be available in the demo because it is configured in a specific way.

3. Not at the moment. System lists all priorities and there is no way to just filter Highest ones for example.

4. Are you referring to visual editor and multiline text areas? Or?

5. Moving this around is not possible at the moment.

I am demo-ing AC now, looks good so far, but I have a couple questions:

Do tickets always need to be associated with milestones?

Can one delete time entries? maybe i am blind ...

Is there a way to show only a specific priority level in assignments? so i don't always have to look at my lowest priority clutter...

Is there a way to use a key command for 'enter' when in text writing mode? When in text writing mode enter is a regular anter, and i have to click to submit or comment. doubt it, but thought i'd ask.

it seems like i can't move things around at all, like move an existing task into a ticket, for example. am i correct?

i am just familiarizing myself with this and evaluating it for my company. Looks good so far. Would love to be able to drag and drop things and move them around! But I think that might be asking for magic. And this is already knid of like magic. Great work on this software. I am hoping this is the solution for us.

Sorry if i am asking overly simplistic questions.
