Along the same lines, is there anyway to tell who is receiving e-mail when a discussion is updated? Is there any way to add people to a discussion after its been created?

I enter many projects and use a discussion thread for project status; however, some people are not getting notified when I update the discussion.

Email notifications are sent only to the people selected by the person who creates a ticket. There is no way to receive email notifications whenever ticket is added automatically. This way when you receive a notification you know that it is addressed to you in particular, not something completely irrelevant.

emilfalcon:
my clients keep adding new content and I have no way of knowing about it unless I log in.

If you wish to be notified on every change in all or in a particular project use RSS feed available on Dashboard or on Overview page of every project.

emilfalcon:
Already submitted this question to AC support but they're either really slow or unwilling to answer...

I see that you received a response with functionality clarification withing 4 hours after your submitted a ticket.

Is it possible to set up AC to notify users in a project by email every time a new discussion/ticket/reply is added? As it stands it's annoying, my clients keep adding new content and I have no way of knowing about it unless I log in.
