Custom report CSV bug + hack fix..

Hi guys,
Seems to me that the CSV export for custom time reports is a little broken. ( The date fields of the URL aren't being populated properly ( ac1.0.4 ) )
As a quick hack to get your report into CSV try building your custom report as normal... then, rather than click the "Export" button at the bottom simply add the following to the end of the URL of the page you're on: "&export=csv" and hit return.
... which should do the trick :-)
