    <description><![CDATA[<p>A number of our client personnel are not, naturally,  of the nature to notice and understand that you must subscribe someone to a new ticket if you want them to receive notification.  Perhaps we should work better on educating such clients;  perhaps they are not the sort of clients we really want,  after all.<br />
<br />
Nonetheless,  if would be useful if,  when a client creates a ticket,  discussion or other item,  we could set some user (such as the project leader) to be subscribed by default.<br />
