I changed all of the e-mails sent out when new discussions etc are added. Is there a way to get the default e-mails back?

Sorry, I mean the e-mail templates in admin. I have changed them and wondered if there was a way of changing them back to the original templates that ship with active collab?
They're located in administration >> settings >> e-mail templates.
