Pre-sales question: Permissions

Saw some screenshots, but need to make sure:

Will project members be able to EDIT tickets even if they did not create them? They are from the same company (not client)

If no, will making them a member of client_company be a workaround?

Adding comments is okay, but definitely not edit.

Just assign ticket to a person and he or she instantly gets edit privileges. People with administration and project management roles as well as project leaders can edit everything inside of a project.
