php.ini What directory?

Where should I put the PHP.INI for FILE UPLOADs to work (i.e. set size limits)?

Servers are configured differently and there is no single place or way this can be done. Contact your system administrator or hosting provider and they should be able to give you all details

I was told by my hosting provider that the PHP.INI file needs to be put in the same directory as the upload script is in.
Which directory is the upload script in for activecollab v 0.7.1?
