To more quickly locating people within a company it would be good to have the companies collapsible on the main people page. When you click on a company the members expand out of it live (ajax) without having to load a new page. They could already be loaded on the page but just hidden by default until you click on the company name.

Also for systems which have a lot of people, the "Pages 1,2,3..." thing at the top quickly becomes difficult to use as you have to make a rough guess as to where a certain company would be, based on the first letter.

It would be much better if there was an alphabetised list at the top as a navigation aid. (see attachment)

The letters could be greyed out (and not clickable) if there were no companies beginning with that particular letter. (see attachment 2)
