Hash User Passwords Now

There is no reason to store passwords in the clear. Please hash the user passwords. And considering the proliferation of MD5 and SHA-1 databases and tools I would recommend using multiple rounds of both.
As it is there are some free forum packages with more secure password mechanisms than Activecollab.
