Allow Submitting New Topics without Javascript

Submitting new topics to this forum requires Javascript. Worse it presents a complete form with no clue that Javascript is required until one attempts to submit. So one must copy the contents of a post, enable Javascript, reload the page, restore the topic contents, and resubmit.

Thanks for reporting this. We'll make sure that it's clear that you need JavaScript in order to post new topics / replies.

/me guilty for this, will make a workaround which will allow non-javascript posting as well.
P.S. activeCollab.com's code won't harm your computer in any way, therefore there is no reason to block it's features ;)

Just while we're on the topic of the forums, since I dont want to make a completely different topic for something so small, but the icons for RSS and subscribe appear all over the pages at random in Opera on Win XP.
