Hi I'm a novice to all this and obviously over my head. Anyway, I am trying to set up ActiveCollab on a mac (G5 Dual) in my office as an intranet based CRM system. I am using MAMP and a program called Headdress to serve ActiveCollab into our office only. I am having problems installing ActiveCollab. I cannot find the "ActiveCollab installer" file which is supposed to be in the /public/installer folder. I am not sure what to do at this point. Could use direction and advice.

Thanks,

Drew

activeCollab installer is a PHP script that you use from your web browser (Safari, Firefox, Camino...). It is not executed like desktop application.

You access the installer through link like http://localhost/activecollab/public/insaller/index.php (depends where you put your activeCollab) and follow on-screen instructions.
