gettext? Or may be you implement fully XSLT-support? It's really good idea!
Please consider to select such a format, what can be loaded into a special localization tool, like Multilizer, Alchemy Catalyst or others. By my mind INI format/structure would be the golden mean.

Yeah, I received it but haven't had time to put it up (I have a major deadline tomorrow ;) ).

I am busy on Simplified Chinese (zh_cn). Hope I can give Ilija by Dec 20, 2006.
BTW, Ilija, have you check my post http://www.activecollab.com/forums/post/2866/#post2866 ? Which indicated that Chinese may requires CSS font just a little bit bigger. You may understand the problem as soon as you get my translation tomorrow.
