On more than one occasion I find myself cutting and pasting tasks from one checklist to another. I open two browser tabs in Firefox, each one a different checklist in aC. I cut the task from one checklist and past it into another. Then I delete the source task.

We use checklists heavily. Mostly as the steps to complete a milestone (in the small-biz version). So often it is necessary to break up long task lists into shorter task lists under multiple checklists.

It would be nice if the tasks defaulted to the checklist they were created in, but if you edit the task you could select a different checklist from a pull down (like moving a checklist to a different milestone).

By the way, we have made the tasks red and clickable. When you click them you are in edit mode. Very easy to see in red. Much easier to mouse over to edit.
