My 'options' is not displaying any well... options

when I click 'options' on a project or file, nothing happens.
I saw on another post someone had a similar problem and stated they added some missing javascript files? What are these and how do I know if I am missing them?

There could be several reasons why Options dropdown is now showing:
1. Error with JavaScript file generation
2. One of JavaScript files is missing
3. You don't have JavaScript support enabled in your browser
Easiest way to go is to send link to your activeCollab setup to support@a51dev.com and we'll check it out. If not possible please tell us so we can give you further instructions...
