Is it normal that I do not receive an email nor do I get a message in "new/updated" on the dashboard that a ticket has changed by another user?

Notifications are sent to subscribers only when ticket is created, completed, reopened and when someone posts a comment.

Object properties get tweaked a lot (typos, milestone or category changes etc) and it would create a clutter in your inbox if system sent emails for all the changes automatically. Instead we added reminders in v1.1. If changes are that important that they require attention of subscribers, assignees or anyone else person making a change can send email reminder in three clicks. You can read more about reminders here.

Reminders in aC 1.1 are great - however after using it for a bit, I'd still like to see it improved slightly.

I would like to see an on-the-fly option to remind people when I'm responding to a ticket - If its important i want to let people know - I guess you could call it more of a 'notify people' option that i can select and send/post at the same time.

Otherwise i have to write my response and then 'remind' people which is a two step process.

Also, it would be great to select more than one person in the 'remind selected' option - ie, a check box group layout would be perfect.
