Default for billable in time module

Would it be possible to make the default to unchecked for billable in the Time Module? Right now, many contractors are improperly entering their time as billable by default, when in fact, it is not.

Funny thing is that nobody ever requested this feature and then we had 2 requests for the same thing in one day (another user also requested for billable to be set to no because they are mostly working on flat rate projects).
