I am using a Godaddy shared hosting account. It is one of their deluxe Unix accounts. I have followed the instructions for installing ActiveCollab. ActiveCollab version 1.1 beta 3. I installed using a mySQL 5 db. I followed the instructions for an auto install. When I finished I checked the config folder and there was no license.php or config.php in the folder. So I found the manual instructions for installed. I created a config.php and changed all of the settings to match what was specified in the instructions. I also uploaded the license.php file from my profile page to the config folder. I was getting a no input file found... so I followed the instructions for fixing that. I created a .htaccess file. I made sure to force php5 (known issue with Godaddy hosting). And I added the 3 lines of code to the config.php file. but alas... it is still not working... Now I am getting a 404 not found error. I noticed that after all of those changes the application is not forcing the /public folder... not sure if that is how it is supposed to work? The URL to the folder is http://www.bluefishdesignstudio.com/projects/
Any help would be appreciated...

Hi Marcus,
ROOT_URL should go http://www.bluefishdesignstudio.com/projects/public. /public part is mandatory unless you are using this tweak to have clean URL-s.

I was using that tweak because I was getting the no input file selected.... so should I go back and delete the .htaccess and the changes I made to the config.php?

OK so I deleted the .htaccess file and deleted the three lines of code in the config.php file to take it back to normal. And I added the public folder a the end of the line you mentioned...
Now I get no input file selected.... what now? ;-)

Ah, OK... You get no input file specified error. Put .htaccess file and apply the changes as described in documentation. If you need any assistance just contact us at support@a51dev.com
