can you put images on this?

I tried to do the comment using wysiwyg image inserter, listing a url, or a "browse" for an image.I click the tree and it says "browse" like as if I'm in a wysiwyg on wordpress, but I can't browse there. It's blank (I'm in Mozilla)
In the browse box there is nothing that lets me browse.
I'd rather not use the insert url part since I'd like to put up an image,which is pictures of our mockups....like you can on the icon for the project.
I see how to upload an image, but that means that instead of displaying the image for our client, it just is a link they can download.
We have this functionality on backpackit, but they are limited on other stuff.
Can this be done here?

Hi,
Currently only option is to link the image. We'll be working on this in one of the future versions but browser is not currently functional.
If you wish to present your work to clients than please check out this blog entry. It describes improvements to files module that will come in activeCollab 1.1 (currently in beta). System creates thumbnails for lists and shows a bigger preview when you go to file details page.
