In v1.1 you have add_project permission in roles so you can set people who are not members of your company to be able to create projects.

We think new permissions system we are introducing with v1.1 will give you enough flexibility to achieve almost any user setup you wish.

It would be nice if there was some way, like a system permission for can_view_clients, to specify this per user.
