    <description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, online demo is slightly older than current version available for purchase (1.0.4 compared to actual 1.0.6), but tasks are available there as well. When viewing a ticket, just take a look at the menu on the right and you will notice &quot;New Task&quot; item. </p>]]></description>

    <description><![CDATA[<p>Tickets are &quot;big&quot; tasks that can be associated with milestones, support attachments, comments and more. They are so feature rich that some people use them as subprojects.<br />

Tasks are smaller steps in execution of a bigger task. They never stand alone, instead they are attached to other object such is checklist, ticket or a page. Check out the screenshot I've attached to this message. Here we have a ticket broken into many tasks that are executed one by one. When we complete all tasks ticket will be closed.</p>]]></description>
