Hi all,

After some months working with aC i start working with tickets instead of checklist, because checklist don't have responsibles and don't have a due date.

The problem is now, i cann't make a ticket unvisible for a customer.

Any idea on how to handle this problem?

Visibility of ticket can be controlled the same way as with checklists (screenshot attached).
