This seems like a bug but if I'm logged into Firefox and then try to use AC using Safari,I have to log in again, but then if I click on another page within Firefox within AC I have to login yet again. Is there anyway to stop that. I just realize this is also an issue when using the iPhone mobile access. Its just frustrating

You cannot use activeCollab with two browsers at the same time and stay logged in with same user account. As soon as you visit it with one browser activeCollab will log you out from other browsers (devices). This is by design and made as a protection from session hijack attacks. This behavior cannot be turned off.
