PS: If you are upgrading from activeCollab 0.7.1 (Open Source version) note that importer is not working with v1.1 just yet. Use v1.0.6 instead and upgrade to v1.1 after you've migrated your data from 0.7.1.

I am still running 1.04 is this possible to upgrade to 1.1 or do i have to upgrade to 1.06 first?

Just update the files as instructed in "Upgrade instructions (for v1.1 beta 5)" section of Upgrading to activeCollab 1.1 document.
