Since today we have upgraded to the v1.1 of ac.

Before the upgrade when I went to the assignments page as a member of the company, I could see all assignments assigned to me, since the upgrade this is no longer the case.

I can see the assigned tickets, checklists, milestones within the project, but not on the assignment page

Filter settings are:
Tasks assigned to person using this filter.
Tasks from all active project.
Task are ordered by Priority, Highest First and system shows 30 tasks per page.

Also when I do a search I get no results

My permissions are the standard member permissions and I also have project member permissions.

When my permissions are set at project manager I get the assignments and search.

Does anybody know a solution for this problem.

Open permissions for your user on a specific project - which permissions do you have selected? Do you have at least Has Access permissions for objects you want to view?

I forgot to mention as project member I have permissions "and can Manage" on all objects.

Even setting the permissions with custom permissions on "and can Manage" I still don't see any assignments on "public/index.php/assignments/" with the above filter selected.

Are these objects marked as private by any case? Do you see them in projects?

I do see them in the projects and I also see them in the assignment overview for the project on ie. page "public/index.php/projects/5/user-tasks"

I have exactly the same problem after the upgrade. It is not possible to see the assignments on "public/index.php/assignments/"

update: The time reports don't work also.

Visibility issues are usually related with new permissions. This what you should do:

1. Some of new system permissions default to false. Open Administration > Roles and make sure that can_see_private_object is set to yes for roles that you want to be able to see private objects. Private objects are objects that were earlier marked as "Can be seen only by members of your company". Now they are not limited just to your company and can be controlled with can_see_private_objects permission.

2. Make sure that people are added to projects they are working on. Also note that now there is a completely new layer of permissions - project permissions. Check if users have access to particular modules on specific problems.

For additional information about roles and permissions check out this article.

Ilija,

is that the 1.1 Final fature? I don't see this in 1.1RC:

Permission: can_use_status_updates - Set to Yes for roles you want to be able to use Status Update tool.
