    <description><![CDATA[<p>I just upgraded to v1.1, and I really like the public submit option. I've been looking for a way to allow clients to upload a file, without setting up an account for them.<br />

Is the system supposed to email me when a public ticket is submitted? Is there a setting for that?<br />
<br />
It would be very helpful to get a notice that someone has filled out a ticket.<br />
