From some reason one of the configuration options is missing. If you have no data in projects (your setup is new) quick fix would be to uninstall Tickets module and install it again.

I'm having this same issue, but my install is behind our firewall. What was the fix?

Thanks!
Christian

Nevermind, I believe I fixed it. For reference, I added a new row to acx_config_options with a name of ticket_categories, a module of system, and a type of system. I wonder if module should have been "tickets"? At any rate, it worked. Let me know if I did this wrong! Thanks.

Module should be tickets, not system but it will cause no problems. You can leave it that way.

Tickets module installation / uninstallation has been patched and fix will be available in activeCollab 1.1.3.
