Time link has been removed because time popup makes it redundant and there were some new options that needed to be added in that section. To access time page for a particular ticket you can:<br />
<br />
1. Click on the time icon and in popup select View link<br />
2. Right click on the icon and select Open in New Window / Tab. It will open that page without the need to load popup content, but in new window / tab</p>]]></description>
