They're still a "part" of the ticket, and having a notice that says they've been "removed" is highly confusing, at least in English. The phrase we've substituted is "has been unassigned or unsubscribed."

Why is it? Everyone involved with a ticket get notification that something changed. This notification is sent when person is added or removed from the ticket as well as person responsible for the ticket is changed.

This is inaccurate, imprecise and misleading :) so if it could be changed on your side... hacking on ours ...
