Hi everyone,

Noob here. I've created a project in AC. I've created three companies: mine (of course), one for the client, and one for my team of contractors. The client company members have "Client Company Member" permissions and the contractor company members have "project manager" permissions. I want to hide the existence of the contractors from the client. How do I do it? Right now, the clients can see the contractor company and contractors in the project's "people" tab.

Thanks,

Ted

Hi Ted,

Clients are able to see only people they are working with on their projects, nobody else. To hide contractors keep them separated and don't bring them together on a project.

Thanks, Ilija. Just need to get used to the "syntax" of how ActiveCollab works. By the way, it's fantastic. Appreciate it.
