I understand, just good to know ASAP is the plan :) Could I suggest that a note be added to those messages going out to the project leader indicate that's why they were subscribed or notified... a short clever wording so they will know to adjust the subscription to include the correct individuals... rather than assume someone correctly subscribed everyone.

That would be great.

Also this might be out of context but... other notices added to incoming notifications would be helpful, such as an indication of the priority of a task you're being emailed about.... I ran into this today where I received a notice in email about a ticket but was not aware the ticket was high priority at first glance and left it for later. Had I click the link and viewed the ticket in context I would have known, but maybe something in the email notice indicating priority would be valuable... either added to the subject or just tagged on the bottom of the email that the comment, task, ticket etc is on an item with a specific priority. "This ticket is High priority" ... not sure on the wording, or placement but just had the thought.

Thanks! We've been using this tweak for some time and it has a huge impact - not in a way that you'll get 10x more things done, but in a way that you don't need to worry and check if something slipped through cracks. Someone will always be notified and that gives you peace of mind.

In my opinion, this feature alone is enough reason to upgrade to v1.1.4 :)

Exactly and that's the kind of things you need especially when managing multiple projects : being able to rely on the tool to lessen the worry load :)

Ilija Studen:
2. If there are no assignees / subscribers except author, project leader is automatically subscribed and notified. Project leader can decide later on what to do with the object, but important thing is that person responsible for project is notified that object without assignees / subscribers is being posted.

Are you sure about this? If I create a ticket and assign myself, I am the only one subscribed as well. If I don't assign it to anyone, then myself and the project leader are subscribed.

^ Yes, you are correct. System subscribes project leader only if there is no subscribers and does not check if author subscribed himself. We'll have this covered in one of the next releases.

As soon as possible :) We need this ourself so we'll see to get it in the next release, but I really cannot promise any timeframe at this point.

Hi there,

do you have any update to when this might be included?

Thanks.

^ This was added two months ago, as part of activeCollab 1.1.4.

Yeah sorry, was too eager and didn't see the 2nd page of comments. Great news.
