    <description><![CDATA[<p>This sort of functionality would be great for Tasks OR Tickets that are NOT assigned to anyone or do NOT have a due date set.  We often generate tickets and tasks prior to knowing who they will be assigned to or when they need to be competed - but it's hard to analyse these 'orphan' tasks/tickets quickly across a project (or system wide) to catch any that we may have missed</p>]]></description>

Instead of having a whitelist of projects (viz. show me all tasks in project X) it would be darn handy to have a blacklist in a filter (viz. show me all tasks NOT in project X).<br />
