I'm finding it very tedious to add new tickets as I have to add myself as the assignee every time (instead of the ticket creator defaulting to the assignee). Then I have to save the ticket. Then I have to manage the subscribers to add our project manager. Then save that. Then click the Tickets tab link again to get back the tickets page that has the "New Ticket" link image.

It seems to me that it would be MUCH faster on the "New Ticket" form screen to just have checkboxes for the list of people in my company and in the customer company so that I can very quickly check off the people I want assigned and the people I want subscribed. This means I could do all of my data entry very quikcly on the one form instead of having to wait for "popups" or saving and waiting for page refreshes.

While the popups to manage assignees and subscribers is pretty it just seems to take a LOT of extra time.

Subscriber management needs to be streamlined.

Perhaps when there are a small amount of people available to be assigned/subscribed they can all just be checkboxes on the creation form. Save the popup for when there are dozens of available people.
